“You want my opinion? We’re all a little weird. And life is a little weird. And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall into mutually satisfying weirdness—and call it love—true love.” –Robert Fulghum
Effective Dates: January 17th- February 10th, 2018
Helios’ Astrological Angle on Venus in Aquarius– Heretics, these are weird times- And you know what they say, “When times get weird, you get weirder”. I think that’s the saying. Either way, our girl Venus is leaving the rat race of Capricorn behind for the transcendent cosmic vibes of Aquarius. At least that’s what it said on the hastily scribbled breakup note that was written on a paper plate, of all things.
That’s right, Venus has packed a bag and is wandering the stars now, looking for love on any planet that will take her. You need to do the same. It is high time that you move on from the toxic relationship paradigms that were highlighted during Venus in Aries and the long-ass retrograde that ruined so many lives. You ran back to it after the retrograde was done, because you couldn’t handle being alone and wanted stability. Fine, it was your choice to make, and its a free universe. That drama came to a head during her stay in Capricorn, and YOU NEED TO MOVE ON ALREADY.
The universe will not help you anymore. Your relationships have deteriorated and become toxic. You are better off alone than suffering, as scary as it is. Move on and start living your life again. This transit will take courage, as it is incredibly hard to leave behind the known and comfortable for what could be nothing. In fact, you won’t have anything to cling to right now, and will have to walk alone. The darkness won’t be comforting, and that’s kind of the point. You have stagnated, and it is high past time that you got out of your comfort zone to rediscover who you are and what you want.
This is your chance for you to reinvent yourself as well. You don’t need to be the same person that you were yesterday- and more importantly, you do not need to continue living within the confines of a life that other people expect you to. Why would you let anyone tell you how to live your life? Get out from underneath anyone who tries to keep you pinned down.
